Deltona News Feed- up to the minute!
We just moved to Deltona from Arizona. The first project on our home- which was vacant and left unattended for some time- was the overgrown front yard. We have really been working hard on it and have had nothing but trouble with the yard waste trash pick up service. Even though we followed all of their rules on their website they still refuse to pick up the branches and old mulch. Contacting them did no good at all. We read that you cannot dispose of yard waste at the dump here- so what can we do with it? Is there anyplace we can take it? Can we burn it in our backyard? Is there anyone who would want mulch and branches? Please help! We have piles of branches and bags upon bags of old mulch and more to do and have no idea of how to get rid of it. Anything you can tell us to help would be greatly appreciated!
